Private Lessons

I provide highly interactive, one-on-one chess instruction.  While emphasizing fun and learning, I increase the self-confidence of my students through positive reinforcement. I use the Socratic Method when teaching chess, providing my students with questions, not answers. Instead of telling students which moves they should make, I teach them how to analyze and evaluate the information in front of them so they can make their own informed decisions.
